I am a registered nurse with a special interest in health and wellbeing.
As an experienced trainer, therapist, mindfulness teacher and breath coach. I can offer you a variety techniques and self-care tools to optimise your overall health and wellbeing

Our Services
Emotional Therapy
Utilising The Walters Method which is a body-based psychotherapy focusing of felt sensations that do not require the individual to go into depth about their issues and challenges. TWM is short term therapy usually 3 to 5 one-hour long sessions. The therapy guides an individual to a calmer, more compassionate and empowered state of mind resulting in a healthier perspective about themselves and their lives. Bridget also introduces relaxation technique including mindfulness and breathing throughout the sessions.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness practices can help us be aware of our thoughts but not judging them, it’s about realising our thoughts do not define or control you, they simply are. Mindfulness is a key component of emotional wellbeing helping us process our challenges in a calmer and more rational way and live and enjoy the present moment.
Breath Coaching
Bridget is a trained breath coach. Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.

My Why
For as long as I can remember I have had a keen interest in health and wellbeing, loving sports, yoga and enjoying an outdoor life. My interest in optimising other people’s health and wellbeing led me to train as a nurse and subsequently working in public health supporting health education and health promotion practices of all kinds.

If you are suffering from stress, anxiety, low mood or a general feeling of being lost. If you need help with freeing the mind and seeing with increasing clarity how to be, how to find fulfilment and get clear about your life purpose. We now offer a short intensive course- “Introduction to The Walters Method”. TWM is a well-established method with sometimes surprisingly quick shifts and always long-lasting results. TWM offers you tools that can be used in continuing daily practice or at times of challenge and uncertainty.
Our intensive course “Introduction to TWM” runs in three live online sessions and includes a 121 over the period of a month. Next course start date is Monday 9th September 9.30-12noon to a cost of £175 per person.
